Annah

Founder and President

With over 20 years in the new home industry, Annah has been intimately involved in the many steps needed to create beautiful homes. Her unique background in plan design, interior design, and construction provides her clients with confidence during the building process – knowing all the details are taken care of.

When Annah isn’t creating beautifully crafted homes, she is the best Mom to her two children, wife to her sweet husband, and superb dog mom to her doodle, Izzy!

Lindsay

Designer

With a degree in Interior Design from East Carolina University’s CIDA-accredited program, Lindsay brings a refined eye and years of experience designing luxury homes in Laguna Beach, CA, New York City and Wilmington, NC. Her work blends timeless design with modern livability, guiding clients seamlessly through every stage of the homebuilding process.

When Lindsay isn’t creating beautiful, functional spaces, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her niece, Leni.

Josh

Construction Manager

With over 20 years in the new home industry, Josh has been involved in building hundreds of homes. His expertise, passion and dedication are essential qualities in the intricate process of constructing new homes.

Josh’s gift of connecting with homeowners and trade partners has been the benchmark of his success in the homebuilding industry. Each home that Josh builds presents unique challenges (and wins!) and he prides himself on crafting beautiful homes through hard work.

When Josh isn’t building homes, you can find him with his sweet family, on a boat, fishing and enjoying life with those he loves!

Izzy

#1 Support Personnel

Izzy is an integral part of our Grace Custom Homes team and quite frankly, we’re not sure what we would do without her! She is a full-time shadow and scavenger, and takes her role very seriously. Someone has to keep the hoomans on their toes!

We sometimes find Izzy sleeping on the job, but due to the state of the hiring pool these days, we let it slide. Izzy’s goofy spirit keeps our team laughing, happy, and productive, and we’re not sure where we’d be without her unconditional love and support!
